Need to amplify 400 mV p-p 7Hz signal to min 6V p-p for PLC input. Signal is from commercial AC genset during cranking. Once started the signal ramps up quickly to 60Hz 120VAC rms. Plan to use 1K resistor in series with input signal followed by 10V zener to gnd to limit input voltage to amplifier. Thought of using TS321 due to -40C temp requirement. To summarize overall circuit requirement: Input range 200mV - 120VAC rms with output 0 - 10VAC (sine or square wave acceptable) and min crossover 6V for PLC input. Must handle power supply ranging from 8 - 28 VDC. Please advise appropriate solution.
