Signal triggered LED driver.

I have a camera that produces a square wave with varying wave duration(width) every time the cameras shutter triggers. I also have a 24V 1A DC power supply, and two LEDs that need approximately 27.5V at 430mA DC. I am looking for a device that would receive a specific signal width from the camera then it triggers  LED 1 at the predefined current for a time duration, and then receive another signal with a different width from the camera at the same channel and will trigger LED 2 at the predefined current for a duration. Is the a devise like that? How would I go about making something like this?

    I was hoping you could answer a few questions:

    1. Does each of the two LEDs have a forward voltage drop of 27.5V and require 430mA when it is on? Or is it 27.5V total if they are in series?

    2. Do you know the on time duration for each?

    3. Are there any timing requirements such as a fast startup or can the signal be adjusted to take into account startup time?

    Thanks, for replying.

    1. One LED is set at 27.5V. The subsequent current drawn is with in 430mA Nominal.

    2. When the LED is strobed, it must stay on for about 100ms, although because this is a prototyping platform something that allows the LED's on time to be adjusted is better.

    3. Fast startup would be ideal, but I could also send a priming signal. Basically tell the camera to send a bunch of signal while taking a bunch of images, then throw out all the dark images.

    I was thinking of using the TPS92602EVM for power requlating, and a some kind of micro controller to take the input form the camera, and then tell the TPS92602EVM what to do.

    The TPS92602 looks like a good fit. I am not too familiar with that device but it looks to fit your specifications better than devices I am familiar with unless you want to use two separate drivers. If you decide you need any support on that device I can try and find the correct person to help you, but modifying the EVM shouldn't be too hard. Just let me know. Thanks.

    Thanks for your help. I am wondering if you can recommend a microcontroller. Some thing smiler to the Arduino MICRO, but is a Texas Instruments product. I do have some specific question about the TPS92602EVM so connecting me with some body that is familiar with it would be grate.

    I have contacted the project manager so I should find out who can answer questions on the TPS92602 for you soon and will forward this thread to them. For microcontroller help the best thing to do would be to post in the microcontroller forum since the folks there are the experts. They should be able to help you much faster, I am not too familiar with them.
