The precision data converter group supports the commercial version, the automotive "Q1" version is supported by automotive. I hope this helps clear things up.

My apologies for the delay, but I don't have information on which automotive grade fans to use.

The features of the AMC6821-Q1 will work with 2-wire, 3-wire, or 4-wire fans, but I do not have specific recommendations on which fans to use.
