Hello team

From Engineering Center of an Automotive Ｍaker of japan,
An inquiry comes.


According to User's Guide, I operate it.
All jumper setting does not have any problem, too.
(I know that the TIGER board's HEX jumper should be removed and 5V should be selected. )

The GUI displays it, but following error returns when I input.

ERROR-TIGER:ERROR:***WRITE to USB --HID-- *** Command=0xB
ERROR-TIGER:ERROR:***WRITE to USB --HID-- *** Command=0x44

The 5V is not supplied to VDD of TPIC8101.
In addition, CLK frequency of XIN is not supplied.

Is the cause individual trouble?
If there are something, the thing that I should confirm it, please tell me.

    5V is not supplied to the TPIC8101 VDD? And during this test the VDD_SEL jumper is installed and the USB cable is plugged into the TIGER board and the computer?

    Is there a green LED on the TIGER board that is flashing or staying solid when the USB cable is plugged in?
