If using CC1101 it is recommended to follow the reference designs available.
For general RF matching with reactive components; the load impedance has to conguate match the source impedance. For CC1101 (http://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/cc1101), the differential load impedance can be found in section 4.3 in the datasheet.
As well as matching the impedances, the filter characteristics have to be taken into account to be guaranteed to pass regulatory requirements set by FCC and ETSI.
To make life easier, just follow the reference designs which are usually based upon 0402 discrete components; matched filter component and microstrip reference designs are also available for the majority of the chips within LPRF.
