I am in search of a one-chip solution for cell phone band repeaters. Any suggestions?

    You can make a dumb receiver by sufficient RF gain, if you provide enough isolation between the input and output antennas (these are used e.g. in road tunnels). If you're amplifying the entire band with one PA you'll need huge backoff (and making such a repeater for a licenced band is most likely prohibited or very tightly regulated)
