USB2ANY and LMX2492

We just purchased an LMX2492 evaluation kit with an USB2ANY interface.

 

I downloaded Codeloader per instructions, attempted to connect the USB port to the USB2ANY, and it informed me my firmware needed to be updated.

 

Following instructions I attempted to update the firmware and it died about half way through the process.

I reset the computer, restarted Codeloader and it insists I have no USB device now.

 

Reading in the E2E forums I found others had the same experience, and used the 3074.USBANY Firmware Loader to load update 7245.USBANY_2_6_1_0.

I downloaded both files, ran the program.  The update started then announced "Failed to read data from RAM BSL" and repeated the process.  The second time it came to the same conclusion and just stopped.

I have reset and re-connected everything several times now, codeloader has the USB button darkened, but the identify button does nothing.

Any Suggestions?
