I am looking for some information pertaining to the minimum edge rate for a 54AC00 Nand Gate. There is a recommended minimum of 125mV/ns but there isnt an absolute minimum rating. I am looking for the absolute rating where there could be device damage if the minimum rate is exceeded. Thanks for any help you can provide.
