I would like to clarify the DSCC part numbering convention.

For example, sn54ahc374 ,

Are 5962-9686401QSA and SNJ54AHC374W the same parts?

Part numbering wise, are the mutually exclusive, ie.

each have they own lead time and pricing etc like two different part
