54AC245 and 54LVTH244A IBIS MODELS/ Flight vs. Commerical

I am trying to find IBIS models for both of these(54AC245 and 54LVTH244A). TI support said they don't have them nor know of anyone who has them. Does anyone know where to find them? I know that 54 designates flight quality and 74 is for commercial, do you think 74 would perform the same for an IBIS model? I guess the bigger question is, what is different between flight and commercial for these? Thanks in Advance.
