1. Per the TPS7H1101-SP application notes:
"When using Enable function, Vin voltage must be greater than 3.5V."
What should the user do with the EN pin if Vin is < 3.5V and the user wants
to ensure that the part is enabled?
2. The block diagram on page 12 shows the
EN pin connected to the input of an AND gate, suggesting that the pin should be
tied either high or low. Why does the "Typical Application" diagram
on page 2 show the EN pin open?
