Does anyone have a copy of the datasheet or know of the Package thermal impedance of the SN54HC244 in a FK package.

I can only find the current datasheet (revised 2003) that details for the SN74HC244 in packages DB,DW,N,NS and PW.

The device is SN54JHC244 device which is high reliability device and they should have the numbers for you . I will move your post into HIREL forum for better support .

The Tjc for the HC244 in FK package is 14C/W

Richard,
I cannot give you an exact transistor count. Though, I do have data categorizing a range of transistor counts.
The HC244 has between 100 and 400 transistors.
