My customer has questions

I have the questions about [Total lonizing Dose(TID) and Single Event Effects(SEE)Test Report]

   

1."SS" graph fallen to 0V,at Figure13.

　　There is no SS discharge circuit in the block diagram.TPS7H1101 have a built-in discharge circuit?

2.If it has a discharge circuit ,How much sink about ampere?

    Hi, figure 13 in the rad report shows a functional interrupt of the TPS7H1101-SP as a result of radiation. The device then returns to regulation with the soft start time set the SS cap. The SS cap is charged by an internal current source as described in the datasheet.
