Power solution for MIL-STD-704E

Team,

 

My customer has an new request for following spec.

Do we have any suitable solution can meet their request??

V in =  115VAC/3PH/400Hz

V out = 28VDC/260W

PFC = > 0.8

Operation Temperature request = -40℃~70℃

Specification Compliance = MIL-STD-704E、D6-16050-4D、MIL-STD-461E 、RCTA/DO-160

Input Voltage : MIL-STD-704E

Lightning & Burst : D6-16050-4D, section 7.4

EMI : MIL-STD-461E

ESD : 15 kV ESD waveform in RCTA/DO-160, section 25.

    Marco, can you provide a little bit more information about the application for this? Are you looking for a module solution opposed to an IC that you would design around? Since you are asking for EMI and ESD qualification it sounds like you are asking for a module that is already certified to these specs.
