Can i drive high-side NMOS' by using bootstrap configuration that shown at below figure with uc1823a?

    gG,

    The schematic that you have highlighted will not work for the following:
    1. UC2823A Vc/Vcc voltage rating is 22V. When switch with 100V connected to drain turns on switch node will go to 100V. Max Vds of Mosfet is 20V. Thus IC will be damaged as a result of it.
    2. Alternately if using a gate drive x-fmr should address your concerns. as it will provide the necessary isolation.
    3. Note two outputs OUTA and OUTB can be paralleled as well to provide high drive capability for the MOSFET.
