HT DC-DC convertors

Hi all,

I have been looking at the TSP40200 -HT as a high temperature DC-DC convertor which is spec'ed to 210 Degrees C however I am having difficulty in souring a power MOSFET to go with it do you have any recomendation for a HT MOSFET?

    thanks for your interest in TI. To my knowledge TI does not make any -HT rated MOSFETs. If you know the MOSFET requirements needed for your application it may be a more efficient path for you to contact other MOSFET suppliers.
