I would like to know if the ELDRS and SET tests indicated on the TI website (LM158AxRLQMLV SET Data and LM158AxRLQMLV ELDRS Report dated 11 May 2012) are still valid.

Hello Sebastien,
There have been no changes to the LM158xRLQMLV (process, design, manufacturing, etc>) since that testing was done.
For this product we test and qualify each wafer to 100 krad at a low dose rate of 10 mrad/s.
