Hi, 

I would like to know which countries the device is not allowed to be exported to as the ECCN for the device is 3A001.A.2.C

    Following is what I got in reply for contacting gtc_eccn-hts-naftateam@list.ti.com.

    Our team can provide HTS/ECCN classification. Please note that TMS570LS3137-EP is not a valid TI part#.

    Texas Instruments does not provide licensing guidance to other companies; what we can provide is the ECCN of our product.
    If you need assistance regarding the license determination, you as the exporter of record would need to obtain guidance from
    your company’s Trade Compliance department, Legal Counsel or the Office of Exporter Service at the Washington DC headquarters (202) 482-4811

    After a little more research.
    TI employees are not authorized to provide license determination decisions. However they are referred to check the BIS CCL.
