Ho,
Everything looks pretty good.
You may want bias vref from a filtered supply instead of UGJ6_3V3_LGA, depending on how clean it is. TX_VCC_3V3 would be good choice.
Tadj is nominally set to 510 ohms for DVI compliant output. You have 1k. Possibly you are going to adjust this value when hardware is evaluated.

You may want to take a look at the commercial TFP410 datasheet. They have updated this datasheet more recently, and it has some additional application information and layout guidance.
