Gabe, this may take a little while to figure out and fix.
In the mean time, they can reference the SMD.

Gabe, this is a really unusual situation.
We do not have this datasheet any longer. Somehow, it is not in our archive literature database.
I recommend using the SMD for the device parametrics.
The commercial rev C version can be used for functionality. Note, that this datasheet has a SN54BCT2827C version listed. However, this version of the device does not exist. www.ti.com/.../SN74BCT2827C

I am checking with a few other people, however the odds of locating the original DS has diminished.
