SN54AC14: Landing Pad recommended

Hi, 

I represent the Organization Tekever space in Portugal.

I have a couple of questions, to what is concerning to landing pad. 

We are using the components below and i would like to know if the pad need/could to be bend your it's necessary to do a small cavity/hole for making contact.

There is one more thing, do you tinha that the pad's could they be cut? because they are too big...

Components:

Logic NAND: 5962-8762402VDA

Logic NOT: 5962-8754903VDA

    Rafael,
    The ceramic W package requires trimming and forming for proper use. The leads are cut short, and bent to make contact with the board
    Customers often have their own preferred specifications for doing this, that may vary based on end equipment and board level reliability constraints.

    There are companies that specialize in doing this service.
