I'm a Little confused about informations in datasheet on §5 Pin Configuration and Functions. (Version revised August 2017)

Is the Picture really Bottom view? Means the numbering of PIN is clockwise viewing from top view?

Answer is urgently recommended.

Hello Thomas,

Yes, that is correct. This part can be mounted in different ways depending on the package trim and fit. The package shown in the datasheet has the pins numbered with the thermal pad on the bottom. You can also find the part drawing at www.ti.com/.../mcdf012.pdf
