CAN SOMEONE LET ME KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE SN AND THE SNJ ?

QML Process does what exactly to the part ? The data sheet says the non J version is "MILITARY " ?

Tom,
The SNJ version is processed to QML Mil-PRF-38535. QML stands for Qualified Manufacturing Line.
The SN version is commercially process, but with military temperature range.
The SNJ version will be dual marked with SNJ, and the DLA SMD.
