I do not know of any heavy ion testing on this exact version of the LM139AQML-SP (ELDRS-free) above the 40.6MeV-cm2/mg testing described in my paper.
Since this is a bipolar product, SEL would be unexpected.
There has been many tests done on different versions of the LM139AQML-SP at much higher LETs. References to some that testing can be found in my paper. Any changes to the product over the years would be unlikely to impact the SEL susceptibility of the part. A version of the LM139AQML-SP with almost the exact same layout as the ELDRS-free version was tested to 95 MeV-cm2/mg in reference [15] of my paper.
