Hi,

We are using -55 to 175 Deg C part and the input offset voltage should be within +-5mV. Though we are getting almost 9-11mV offset voltage from this part. 

Can you please comment on this?

    Hello Naman

    The Vos limit of +/-5 mV is based on the test conditions shown in the datasheet and are for up to 125C.   Above 125C, the limit is +/-11.5C.

    If your application is outside these conditions, your results could be different.   Also, when measuring Vos, errors in the measurement system and application mismatch must be taken into consideration.
