    Itoh-san,

    We unfortunately don't have a IBIS model for this. The closest match would be the SN74ABT540 model. When it comes to testing the signal integrity of the device in your IBIS simulation, it should suffice as a replacement. The devices are in the same family, however there won't be the NS package. The variation will be very small though between packages.
