TXB0108: Output voltage level issue

Part Number: TXB0108

Hello, I'm using TXB0108 for SPI communication level translator between Jetson Nano and a MCU. At the 1.8V side (Jetson), the MISO (pin A3 of TXB0108) is showing abnormal behavior where the voltage crashes down and settles at 1.45V. At the 3.3V side (MCU), the MISO (pin B4 of TXB0108) looks normal. Pin A3 is connecting to the Jetson SPI pin directly. Please refer to the scope capture (top waveform: pin A3, bottom waveform: pin B4)  and SCH. What can be causing this pull-down issue? Do I have the right level translator part? Or if there's a buffer needs to be inserted between the Jetson and the level translator?

FYI The SPI is working correctly since 1.45V is still above the minimum VIH for Jetson.
