SN74V3690: Reflow Peak temp

Part Number: SN74V3690

According the data sheet of SN74V3690-PEU, Eco Plan is RoHs & Green but MSL Peak temp is Level3-220C-168HR.

Normally lead free reflow peak temp is over 245C and other memory size device is Level-260C-168HR.

Is data sheet correct ?

I'm afraid we only have limited support for this specific device. The datasheet is the source for my information, so I must go by the 220C peak temperature.

I think we can't recommend SN74V3690 for customer to use with lead free reflow.
