Hello,
My customer want to identify the difference between between SN74ACT244IPWRQ1 & SNT4ACT244PWR
These are from two different datasheets - -SN74ACT244-Q1 and SN74ACT244
What's the I mean in the IPWR?
The "I" in the part number indicates that it is an industrial temperature rated device, and the Q1 indicates an AEC-Q100 (automotive) qualification:
The SN74ACT244PWR is a commercial device, covered in a separate datasheet:
Btw, could you please tell my where could i find the difference?
Generally speaking, the datasheet includes the differences between devices. This can be found by searching the part number on TI.com
You can find some additional information regarding our part naming at these links:
Anatomy of a logic part number
Understanding and Interpreting Standard Logic Datasheets Pg 15 includes a fairly detailed breakdown of a commercial part number for logic
Automotive parts have two additions -- one is the temperature rating, found between 8 and 9 (I means 85C rated, Q means 125C rated), and the Q1 at the end to indicate an AEC-Q100 qualified device.
