Hi Team,

Datasheet says tpd is 1.1~4.1ns for 3.3V Vcc and 50pF CL.

Customer wants to know will tpd be smaller if smaller CL such as 2pF is used?

And is it possible to estimate tpd value corresponding to CL value?

Hi Jo,

Yes, the delay will be smaller. I'm afraid we don't have any data to determine how much smaller because this device was only characterized with one load per supply value. I would recommend that the customer test some samples under the conditions they are planning to use it.
