My customer is requesting a S-parameter file for the Inverter SN74LVC2G04DRL, to use in their Crosstalk simulations. Is this something you can provide for us?

S parameters do not make sense for buffered digital devices.

To simulate the behaviour of the inputs and outputs, you can use the IBIS model.

Hey Mitchell,

That's an interesting request. I've never seen a logic device with an S-parameter file though. We don't have anything like that available.
