Hi Team,

What is the height of the lead for the 28 pin LCCC package? The datasheet dimensions shows its overall height but what is the dimension of the lead from the bottom towards the top?

Hello Sebastian,

Thanks for the update. The step file for the device shows seems to show a nominal height of .040" (1.02mm). Just to be precise, is your response saying it can be as low as 0.72mm (.028")? In other words, the height can be anywhere from .028" to .040"? Just wanted to confirm. We have measured a few around .034".

Hi Jejomar,

The step file is not always identical to the actual device. Let me consult with the packaging team to confirm if the height can be within the 0.72mm to 1.02mm range.

I understand if the 3D model isn't directly identical to the device. But may I ask request for a follow-up on the height measurement tolerance?
