SN74AHCT14: About Cpd specifications

Dear Team,

The Cpd of SN74AHCT14 is 112pF (typ).

However, the Cpd of a close series, SN74AHC14, is 9pF (typ).

I don't know the temperature conditions for SN74AHC14, but the other measurement conditions are listed as the same.

SN74AHC14: No load, f=1MHz, VCC=5V

SN74AHCT14: No load, f=1MHz, VCC=5V, TA=25℃

Could you tell me what is the reason for the difference between the values for both products?

The SN54AHCT14 and SN54AHCT14-SP datasheets also specify 112 pF.

The SN74AHCT14Q-Q1 and SN74AHCT14-EP datasheets specify 12 pF.

This looks like a typo.

This is a typo, the correct Cpd value should be 12pF. We'll have this datasheet updated in our next review.
