SN74HCS21: Is there any 6 input negative input and gate?

Hi Team, 

My customer have a demand to monitor 6 negative input voltage, such as -8V,-7V,-6V... Each input may different, but it is negative.

If anyone of the negative larger than 0V, the system will receive an alarm. If all the inputs voltage is smaller than 0V, there is no alarm. I think it function like a AND gate, but I didn't find the suitablt device which can accept the negative. Could you please help to recommend a solution for this function?
