    They are electrically identical devices. 

    The SN74LVC1G74 is available in these packages: DCT, DCU, DQE, RSE.

    The SN74LVC2G74 is available in packages: DCT, DCU, YZP

    The SN74LVC2G74-Q1 is automotive qualified and is available only in the DCU package.

    I would expect the DQE package to have the lowest parasitics and thus the best performance, but with most logic signals you won't be able to tell a difference.
