The SN54HCxxx-SP series of logic parts are listed as space qualified parts, but with no radiation hardness assurance (RHA) level. What's the deal? Is a radiation hardened version available, specifically for the SN54HC109-SP dual JK flip flop?

ti.com/spaceguide says:
TI HiRel started releasing QMLV devices in 2001; at that time several logic devices were released as QMLV. However, TI did not perform any radiation testing on these early releases – as such, although third-party data might be available, most of these TI QMLV logic devices do not have radiation data available. In the tables above, radiation performance data is only included for devices where TI has performed radiation testing.
