Hi Expert,

SN74LV14A Minimum Vcc is 2V.

Will it be indefinite output at less than 2V Vcc during system shutdown?

If it will be High output, they cannot use this device. It would be nice if the output was fixed low at less than 2V..

For a supply below 2 V, correct operation is not guaranteed, so the output might be high.

Devices with /OE input (e.g., SN74LV540A) guarantee that the outputs can be disabled during power-up/-down. To generate the control signal, you can use a voltage supervisor IC like the TLV810E or TPS3840.
