SN74AXCH8T245: Power Up Sequence

Part Number: SN74AXCH8T245

Hi Team

my customer is using SN74AXCH8T245RHLR, VCCA = 1.8V, VCCB = 3.6V, I saw your publications Glitch free power sequencing with AXC level translators (Rev. A) (ti.com),

   1) As the power-up hi-Z circuit is before the output drive stage and ensures that the IO ports are in high impedance until both supplies have reached a certain threshold required for operation. So it’s fine when IO is powered ahead of VCCA/B?

   2) Does power up sequence of VCCA, VCCB matters?
