Part Number: SN74LV244A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74LVCH244A

Hi, Support Team

What's different between SN74LVCH244A and SN74LV244A?
Does SN74LV244A workable in 3.3v and 12.5Mhz conditions?

if any suggestion, Please advise me.

Thanks,

Best regards,

Lawrence

  • LVC uses more power than LV-A (Cpd is 47 pF vs. 14 pF).
LVC has higher drive strength than LV-A (24 mA vs. 8 mA at 3.3 V).
The LVC device has bus-hold inputs; the LV-A device requires valid input voltages at all times.
Both support more than 50 MHz at 3.3 V.
