Hello, this datasheet lists a max Operating Free-Air temp (Ta) of +125C, and a Max Storage Temp of +150C.... but doesn't provide max operating Junction Temp. The -Q1 version lists Max Operating Junction the same as Max Storage Temp in the Abs-Max table, or +150C max Operating Tj. Is this the same for the SN74LVC1G125 version, where Max Operating Tj shall be +150C, or something lower?
