SN74LVCH16245A: Input clamp current

Part Number: SN74LVCH16245A

Hi,

Depending on the customer's usage, the power supply voltage may exceed the absolute maximum rating (-0.5V) when this IC is turned off.

According to the datasheet, there should be no problem as long as the current rating(IIK and IOK) is not exceeded.

(D/S P6 Note (2) The input negative-voltage and output voltage ratings may be exceeded if the input and output current ratings are observed.)

Question
Could you tell me if there is a guideline for input voltage undershoot that can be judged to be acceptable without measuring IIK and IOK?
(In the waveforms below, the undershoot below the minimum -1V and -0.5V is a relatively small undershoot of 3.8ns, so I think it's acceptable.)

Best regards,

Hiroshi
