SN74AVC4T774: High-impedance

Part Number: SN74AVC4T774

Hi team,

Just wanted to make sure, when OE is high, all outputs are placed in the high-impedance state and the VCC isolation feature ensures that if either VCC input is at GND, then both ports are in the high-impedance state.

If the VCCA which is linked to OE through a pullup resistor  is 0V(VCCA input is at GND) when the VCCB is 3.3V, are both ports in the high-impedance state? Or is A port in the high-impedance state?
