I am writing to know the terminal finish for each one of the two parts "SN74AHCT1G14DBVR" & "SN74AHCT1G14DBVT" if it is NiPdAu or NiAu or Au. Please could you tell me the thickness of Au.

In addition, could you inform me about Moisture Sensitivity level (MSL) for each one of the two parts "SN74AHCT1G14DBVR" & "SN74AHCT1G14DBVT".

Also, could you tell me the ECCN (Export Control Classification Number) for each one of the two parts "SN74AHCT1G14DBVR" & "SN74AHCT1G14DBVT".

Hi Emrys,

In the link provided, I was able to find MSL and terminal finish which is NiPdAu. However, I can't find the thickness of Au as well as ECCN. Could you help with that.

The thickness is the same for all TI devices; see the NiPdAu application report:
