SN74LVC1G3208-EP: Testing parameters with a VCC of 3.3

Part Number: SN74LVC1G3208-EP

In the electrical characteristics on the data sheet, for II (A input), II (B input), II (C input), It has the VI as 5.5V and the VCC as 5.5V and then 0V.  Could this be tested at VCC of 3.3V?  If this can be tested at VCC= 3.3V then what would the expected current be?  Would the current remain the same at VCC=3.3V as for the VCC=5.5V and VCC=0V since the current measurement was the same throughout?

  • II is the input leakage current; it flows through the gate isolation and (mostly) through the ESD protection structures. It depends much more on the temperature than on the voltage, so for specifying the worst-case value, only the largest voltage needs to be measured.
