We are interested to understand which max current consumption to expect from this component. The datasheet lists all figures, but we wanted to post a question to ensure that we do not misunderstand.
During normal use the device will be powered (Vcc 3V to 4.2V) and input (A) and /OE will be held high (equal to Vcc), so the output will be high-Z. There is then a 1Mohm external pull-down on the output holding it low. A and /OE will always be low if Vcc is low (device is off).
From this, are the following assumptions correct, or which assumptions should we adjust?:
1. Icc max 10 uA.
2. Ii max 5 uA for A and /OE, in total max 10 uA.
3. Ioz max 10 uA (high-Z output).
4. Both A and /OE at same level as Vcc, so no additional for delta-Icc (otherwise max 500 uA).
In total 10 + 10 + 10 = 30 uA. Or will those max numbers never add?
With the described default state (Vcc 3V to 4.2V, A = /OE = Vcc, 1 Mohm PD on output), which max current consumption would you calculate?
