Other Parts Discussed in Thread: SN74AUC125, SN74AUC2G34
Background
We have this device installed inside one of our prototype modules, and it seems one of the data output lines is too low, logic level high expected to be 1.05 volts. Is 0.7 volts. / I believe the output pin is B6.
Update. Upon further review, it was discovered the output of this device not able to source enough current to drive the input JtagX_PCH of an Intel Icelake MCO.
So the problem is PCH side of the CPU had a pulldown resister that U74537 not strong enough to drive that input.
Per the data sheet for VOH ; IOH = -3 mA with VCCB set to 1.1 V.
Others would be interested if any other Bus Transciever chip would have a higher drive output ; or if there would exist a [ non-inverting ]buffer chip to provide high drive level ?
