Could you tell me the operating frequency (max) for the following voltages ?
1.VCCA : +1.2 [V] / VCCB : +1.2 [V]
A port -> B port
B port -> A port
2.VCCA : +1.2 [V] / VCCB : +0.9 [V]
A port -> B port
B port -> A port

Hi Takuya-San,
I have verified 1.2V 3.3V for up to 120MHz in the past using the AXC EVM. The voltage nodes in question would be similar per the 1.2V node. While I would further recommend for customer to also test with the EVM per their system/loading requirements, could you help clarify the target data rate? Thanks.
Best Regards.
Michael.
Thank you for your reply.
I don't have time to test with EVM,now.
I have additional questions.
1. Are there operating frequency specs?
For example ,
- 380 Mbps (1.8-V to 3.3-V Translation)
- 200 Mbps (< 1.8-V to 3.3-V Translation)
- 200 Mbps (Translate to 2.5 V or 1.8 V)
- 150 Mbps (Translate to 1.5 V)
- 100 Mbps (Translate to 1.2 V)
2. If not , Is there a calculation method that can be used as a guideline for the operating frequency?
For example, is it possible to calculate the reciprocal of twice "tpd" as a guideline for the operating frequency?
I want to use this device for clock signal level conversion.
Best Regards.
Hi Takuya-San,
Unfortunately, the EVM would be the recommended guideline, thanks.
Best Regards.
Michael.
