May I know the Output impedance in QH inverted? Just want to check if we got the wrong design that the QH inverted pin connected to GND. How much output current would be found from QH inverted pin to GND? could this design make the logic parts SN74LV165A broken?

The short-circuit current might be larger than 25 mA and damage the device.

The output impedance depends on the suppy voltage and does not stay constant if you exceed the recommended operating conditions; see [FAQ] What is the output voltage (VOH or VOL) when the output current is X or the supply voltage is Y? The actual short-circuit current cannot be easily computed; you'd have to measure it.
