Hi Marvin,

The "B" version is the latest version and we recommend you to use that device. If you want another option to look at there is also a "bus hold" version seen here: https://www.ti.com/product/SN74LVTH16245A

Thank you for the suggestion. Does it mean that the datasheet of "B" can also be used for "A"? The difference between them is only the silicon revision right?

Hi Marvin,

We recommend you to not use the "A" device at all. However, to answer question, yes, functionally they are the same.
