Hi, Xu-san,

Customer PCN approval is stalled due to MDS not being corrected.

1. please give me an estimated time frame for when the revised version will be released.

2. What is the exact value of thermal resistance that will be listed after the revision of the data sheet?

Hi Yamamoto-san,

The planned date is currently going to be end of month we will get this finished. We have just finished releasing Q2 PCNs so unfortunately, this mistake was postponed. I can send you a draft of the datasheet on Monday (7/10).

Please see picture below for correct thermal values for PW.

We are planning for end of month currently. This has to go through a re-approval process. Which may take a week starting now.
